It's made with a 1-inch powder-coated steel frame, a rugged, heavy-duty plastic hopper with wrap-around support, and a clog-eliminating steel mesh hopper screen to stand up to the roughest jobsite conditions and treatments. damn good spreader. built well. however instructions are not very clear on assembly. this is very good for large driveways and sidewalks. customers should try this unit for all types of salt.
